Hats off Like a Prom Dress

First, to Eleven Madison Park for locking down a well deserved, and long overdue, 4 stars from the New York Times. The new review launches EMP into the elite league of Daniel, Le Bernadin, Masa, Per Se, and Jean Georges. But we knew that already, we were just waiting for Bruni to wake up and smell the foie gras.
